What is your shipping policy?

All orders ship USPS First Class Package. Heat packs are included when shipping to colder climates. Plants are shipped in their nursery pots to reduce stress in transit. 

*We are currently unable to ship orders to Hawaii and Alaska. If you have placed an order to one of these states, you will be promptly issued a refund.

 

What if my plant arrives unhealthy?

All plants are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to guarantee live arrival. If your plant arrives in poor condition please send us an email with your order number and photos to [email protected] so we can issue a replacement. We cannot replace plants when notified later than 48 hours after package arrival. 

Plants with minor cosmetic damage are not eligible for replacement.

My plant arrived today, now what?

If the plant is dry, give it a good drink. Refrain from repotting for at least 2 weeks to allow the plant to acclimate to its new environment. Wait at least 3 weeks to fertilize if during the Spring & Summer seasons.
